When you submit information through any form on the Site (an application, inquiry, or message), you grant Starly the right to use that information for the purpose of responding to you and operating our business, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an application does not create a representation relationship between you and Starly. Any such relationship is formed only through a separately signed written agreement.

Any earnings figures, growth percentages, or testimonials on the Site represent past results of specific Starly clients and are not guarantees of future performance. Individual results vary based on many factors, including the creator's own effort and market conditions.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starly disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starly Agency LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starly Agency LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
